Noah Jupe Joins Avengers: Secret Wars in a Major Mystery Role
Marvel Studios is continuing to expand the already enormous cast of Avengers: Secret Wars, and its latest addition is one that immediately raises plenty of questions.

Noah Jupe, known for A Quiet Place, Ford v Ferrari and the Oscar-winning Hamnet, has joined the upcoming Marvel Studios blockbuster in a role that is being kept completely under wraps. According to Deadline, sources indicate that Jupe’s part is expected to be a key role in the story, although Marvel has not revealed the character he will portray.
Noah Jupe Is Entering the MCU
Jupe has built an impressive résumé from a young age, appearing in projects such as A Quiet Place, A Quiet Place Part II, Honey Boy and Ford v Ferrari. More recently, he starred as Hamlet in Hamnet, while also appearing in the second season of The Night Manager.
His addition to Secret Wars represents another major step in his career, particularly considering the scale and importance of the movie within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Rather than simply being a brief appearance, Jupe is reportedly being brought in for a role that will have meaningful importance to the film’s story.
Marvel Is Keeping His Character Secret
For now, the biggest mystery is who Jupe is actually playing.
Marvel Studios has not commented on his casting, and no details about his character have been released. That has naturally opened the door for fans to speculate about his possible place in the multiverse-spanning story.
Several theories have already started circulating online, including speculation that he could portray an established Marvel character or even a variant from another reality. However, none of those theories have been confirmed, and Jupe’s actual role should be treated as a genuine mystery for now.
Given how carefully Marvel has been protecting information surrounding Secret Wars, the secrecy could be particularly significant.
A Reunion With Sadie Sink?
Interestingly, Jupe has another connection to the MCU through Sadie Sink.
The two recently appeared together in the West End production of Romeo & Juliet, where their performances earned strong attention. Sink has since entered the Marvel universe, making her MCU debut as Jean Grey in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Whether Jupe and Sink will share scenes in Secret Wars remains unknown, but their reunion in the MCU adds another intriguing layer to his casting.
Secret Wars Is Set to Become the Multiverse Saga’s Grand Finale
Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Secret Wars will follow Avengers: Doomsday and serve as the culmination of Marvel’s Multiverse Saga.
The film is being produced by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and is currently scheduled to arrive in theaters on December 17, 2027. Production is expected to move forward later this year.
The movie will arrive after Avengers: Doomsday, which is expected to bring together an enormous collection of Marvel characters and set the stage for the events of Secret Wars.
With Robert Downey Jr. returning to the MCU as Doctor Doom and characters from across different corners of the Marvel universe converging, the sequel is shaping up to be one of the studio’s biggest productions yet.
Who Could Noah Jupe Be Playing?
At this point, Marvel fans will have to wait.
Jupe’s casting is confirmed, his role is reportedly important, and everything else remains a mystery. That combination is likely to fuel speculation for months as Marvel continues preparing its next massive Avengers event.
For now, the safest conclusion is also the most exciting one: Noah Jupe is joining Avengers: Secret Wars, and Marvel clearly has a reason for keeping his character hidden.
Whatever that reason turns out to be could make his casting one of the movie’s biggest surprises.
